September 2024. After partnering with over two dozen organizations in the four and a half years since our inception, Equity Based Dialogue for Inclusion (EBDI) is winding down its operations. EBDI is no longer taking on new business and will cease consulting work after completing engagements with current clients in 2025. The EBDI team is immensely grateful to all its clients and partners who have engaged in the meaningful and sometimes difficult work of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are humbled by the positive responses to our work and we hope and believe that it will have a sustained and lasting impact.
